The Summit Lodge, accommodating up to 20 guests in 13 beds, this Luxurious Lodge is nestled high on a wooded bluff, on a quiet road just a few minutes from Old Man’s Cave in the heart of Hocking Hills.
The cabin boasts a collection of canvases by local artist Bud Schrader. The updated kitchen has new appliances, granite countertops, and hickory cabinets. Off the kitchen on a covered porch is a weber propane grill for cooking (propane included) and the biggest hot tub you have ever seen. It will accommodate up to 12 people.
The dining room has a large square table with a tree stump base to seat up to 12. There is an additional island that seats 4 or hosts buffet-style serving for your group. The great room has a comfortable “pit” sectional top-grade leather sofa that will seat a dozen for relaxing and enjoying TV entertainment. The fully covered deck is on this level out the front and has 4 gliders and 2 swings for relaxing with your family and friends while enjoying the views of the woods below.
6 bedrooms - 2 Kings size beds, 2 queens, 3 full, and 6 twins on three floors maximize comfort and privacy. On the main level, a king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom opens onto the covered deck. There are also 2 queen bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, and the other bedroom opens onto the covered deck. A full bathroom with tub/showers is located off the hall.
To make your stay easier, a second refrigerator on the lower level is perfect for the extra food and drinks you will need as well as the game room with air hockey, a foosball table, and a game table. The bunk room is next to the game room with 6 twin beds. This floor has an additional King bedroom and one bathroom with a tub/shower. The 3rd bedroom on this level has 2 full-size beds and a desk for a comfortable work space.
We have an outdoor firepit for evening relaxation as well as 2 picnic tables for outdoor dining. 3 covered decks, comfortable beds, a large kitchen, and relaxing entertainment areas, make this cabin a perfect choice for families to get together in the most comfortable luxury cabins in Hocking Hills.

Pricing Explained: Maximum occupancy is 20 guests. The base rate for The Summit Lodge is for 8 guests. Additional adults and children are $33/person/night. All rates are based on 8 guests. Additional guests up to the maximum will add to the nightly rate at $33 per person, per night. Charging for the size of the group makes it fair and affordable for smaller groups. Children 6 months and under do not need to be counted in your guest count. For example: If the base nightly rate is $699 it includes 8 guests. If you have 11 guests, the rate is $699 for the first 8 and an additional $99 for the 3 guests for a total nightly rate of $798 and so on up to the max occupancy allowed.
